• Where and When is Girls Night Out?
  All event details and ticket prices can be found on the event website.
• Where are my tickets?
  Tickets purchased online - All tickets are held at the door under the ticket buyer's name only. We never mail tickets before the event. Your name will be on the door list and you are welcome to also bring your receipt of purchase for the tickets. Please bring photo ID to prove identification.  Ticket purchsed through Ticketek - Tickets purchased through Ticketek should be send to the buyer (unless you purchased the e-ticket option). Please bring these tickets to the event. Your name will also be on the door list.
• How do I buy tickets for Girls Night Out?
  Tickets can be ordered through our secure website at any time. Tickets can be purchased online with or without a Paypal account. General Admission tickets can be bought at the door on the night of the event but are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. We strongly suggest buying ahead of time to ensure your entry to the event and to secure your Deluxe Goody Bag. Tickets can also be purchased through Ticketek, however additional charges do apply...you are better off purchasing online.
• What time will the male review act and the fashion parades occur?
  For the Brisbane event, the preliminary performance time table shows the male revue act will occur around 7pm and the series of fashion parades will kick of at 8pm and will continue till 10pm.
• Is the Events & the City Girls Night Out website secure?
  Yes, the site is secure for you to use.
• What if I do not feel comfortable purchasing tickets over the internet?
  If you do not feel comfortable placing your order online, perhaps a friend can purchase tickets online on your behalf. We strongly recommend you purchase your tickets online, but if you have strong issues with doing so, feel free to purchase your tickets through Ticketek.
• Can I pay cash for the tickets?
  Cash purchases can be made at the door only. We strongly recommend you pre-purchase your tickets online to avoid missing out.
• Can I add tickets to my order?
  Once you purchase your tickets, we are unable to “add on” to the order. You can, however, purchase additional tickets via the website.Remember, only one Deluxe Goody Bag is allowed per person and each person must attend the event.
• Can you reserve my spot without payment?
  No, this option is not available.
• What if I can’t make the event but I want a friend to go in my place?
  If you can’t make the event and do not want someone to come in your place, unfortunately, we cannot refund your ticket. If you wish for someone to take your place, provide this person with a copy of your receipt as emailed to you, a signed piece of paper or email (with your full name on it) stating that it is ok to have them take your place and have them bring it to the event.
• My friend is showing up before me and I bought the tickets, what do we do?
  Please provide your friend with a copy of your receipt as emailed to you, a signed piece of paper, a mobile phone call or some other form of proof that they are with you.  Your friend will then be allowed access to the event before you. You will still need to register at the entrance of event also.
•  I didn’t make it to the event. Can I have a refund?
  Sorry, tickets are non-refundable. This is our strict policy.  
• I couldn’t attend the event, what can I do about getting my Goody Bag?
  Unfortunately, you must be present at the event to receive your Goody Bags. We do not ship bags after the event. If you cannot make it to the event, transfer your ticket(s) to a friend, so they can attend the event and get a Goody Bag.Remember, it is in our interest to have you at the event, more than it is our interest to provide you with a Goody Bag. We want to meet you and show you a great night!
• What is in the Goody Bag?
  There is a wide variety of beauty products, samples, munchies and gift vouchers in the Goodie Bag… believe me… you are going to love it! Keep in mind that not all Goody Bags contain the same contents!
• What do I need to bring to the event?
  A state-issued photo ID is required for entry. We also highly advising brining your ticket invoice or ticketek ticket.
• Can I bring my child to the event?
  No, it is not suitable to have young children at the event. All event attendees must be 18 years of age or older, and there are no exceptions to this.
• Can I leave and re-enter the event?
  Yes, you will receive a wristband/identification that allows you to leave and return to the event. This wristband/identification is non-transferable.
• Is there a coat/luggage check at the event?
  Not at this stage unfortunately. There may be allocated areas where you can leave bags and coats but these areas will not have stong security and Events & the City will not be liable for lost or stolen items.
• Is there parking at the event?
  Parking varies for each city. For Girls Night Out-Brisbane parking is available at the RNA showgrounds along Gregory terrace next to the Old Museum. Parking is $6 per vehicle. There are also a range of public transport options to the Old Museum (bus and train!).... catch public transport and make a night out of it!
